Frequently Asked Questions: Updated 18/01/21
Q - Is the shop still open?
As an essential food shop we are allowed to remain open. Our hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10-5pm. With plenty of space and an airy barn plus procedures to ensure we are COVID-safe, we are a safe & secure place to shop. Shopping in store remains the best way to ensure choice and value.
Q - Are you offering click & collect?
This week we are re-launching our click & collect service. Please place your order before 12pm on a Wednesday and select the slot on either Friday or Saturday. Any orders received after 12pm on Wednesday will not be available until the following week. Please bear with us while we get used to this new system. If items are out of stock we may have to substitute or refund. We aren't able to put our entire shop online but we hope we have covered the essentials.
Q - Can you deliver?
We have a limited service run by volunteers available for delivery, strictly for those shielding. If you aren't already on our database for shielding then we may ask you for proof of clinical vulnerability with your NHS letter. This delivery is to a 5 mile radius, please see map. Please place your order online by 12pm Wednesday and it will be delivered on Friday.
Please be assured that during this difficult time, we are taking our responsibilities as a retailer very seriously and the welfare & protection of staff & customers is our priority.
We are thrilled our farm shop can remain open during lockdown to service the local community. The shop has received an extensive re-fit since and we are confident that the space and flow allows for a safe and comfortable environment to shop. Please sanitise on entry, ensure your face is covered, observe social distancing and follow all guidance in store to protect yourself and our staff.
We hope everybody keeps well and safe and will continue to do our very best to support the community.
Thank you for your continued support.
