Q - Where & when do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the following postcodes each week:
Thursdays - OX1, OX2, OX3, OX4
Fridays - OX33, OX44, OX9, OX39, HP18
If you live outside these villages, please drop us a line on our contact form. Let us know your postcode and we endeavour to look at these requested postcodes when we next expand our area.
Q - Will it be sent by courier?
No, we have our own temperature-controlled Waterperry Farm Shop van. Your order will be personally delivered by our lovely driver Jess.
Q - Will I have to be in all day?
You will receive a 2 hour estimated delivery window on the day of your delivery. You can also track our van using our handy app. Just follow the link in your delivery confirmation email. It couldn't be easier! You are able to send a message directly to the driver so don't worry if you need to pop out for 5 minutes - just send a message and let our driver know. Our products will arrive with you perfectly chilled, and straight from the van. We hate excess packaging, and we know you do too, so while we are happy to leave them at your door with your instruction, they will need refrigerating immediately!
Q - Is there a charge for delivery?
We accept all orders over £15. Our delivery charge is £2.95. If you spend over £50, delivery is free.
Q - Are you offering click & collect?
If you would like to collect from the shop, please select 'Store Pick Up' and checkout. Collection is available on Friday each week - please ensure your order gets to us by midday on Wednesday.
Q - Can I still visit the shop?
Of course! Our friendly team are here and happy to serve you at the farm shop. We offer a wider selection of produce in the shop, so it is well worth a visit. We are open from 10am to 5pm Tuesday to Saturday.
