The only pork product that we don't produce ourselves, as we have found this incredible fresh blood black pudding. In Fruit Pig's words (and we wholeheartedly agree): "THE real McCoy. If you've never tried it you can't say you've found the best." 350g chub - a mix of fresh blood, British oats and barley, British pork fat, onion and spices. This black pudding is in another league. Succulent and rich, they supply this pudding to some of the finest eateries in the land. Tom Kerridge, The Duck and Waffle and The Hawksmoor Group all use it. To cook: Slice, remove outer skin, quickly grill or fry both sides to 'crozzle' making sure inside is piping hot.
