Full Time Butchery Assistant (42.5 hours Tuesday – Saturday)

This role will be to work along-side and support our head butcher. Some retail butchery experience required, although any necessary training will be given. The most important qualities are an excellent eye for detail, a great attitude, and a true passion for the art of butchery. Salary £21-24k dependant on experience.
